Hercesa was set up in Guadalajara in 1975. During its 30 years of existence in the real estate sector, it has constructed more than 7,000 houses and taken part in a great many key property development projects in Spain.

Hercesa has a portfolio of some 9 million square metres of land in Andalusia, Aragón, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, Catalonia, the Regional Community of Madrid, the Regional Community of Valencia, Rumania and Portugal, where it has branch and sales offices through which to develop more than 20,000 houses over the next seven years.
