SOCIAL PROTECTION IN SPAIN
Spain offers a very comprehensive set of benefits for those paying into the social security system. As soon as you start payments you will be issued with a temporary paper card giving you a number, and this will eventually be replaced by a permanent plastic one resembling a credit card.
