A Deputy Head of Operations is required to help manage the bingo, casino, games, poker and Sportsbetting business.
Responsibilities:
Deputise in Head of Operations Absence
Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies.
Lead, manage and develop Sportsbetting, Bingo, Casino , Games , Poker and Affiliates.
Help to develop business targets and lead team to achieve targets.
Help to develop business and manage budgets and manage costs.
Ensure operations comply with government regulations and legal requirements
Requirements:
A minimum of three years senior management experience in an online gambling environment.
Excellent knowledge of global bingo, casino, games, poker and Sportsbetting business.
Ability to compile and monitor budgets and performance.
Experience of reporting at board level
Highly motivated and resourceful
Excellent planner and organizer
Excellent people and business management skills
Flexible attitude towards working hours.
