Our client is searching for a Customer activation and retention manager. This role involves heading a team whose sole focus is to increase yield from our lead and customer database. The team is a part of our Customer relations department and will work across departments to a very large extend. The team will as well as being very analytical in its approach to its challenges:
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Build a team of which will be highly specialised at customer activation, retention and win back. Team is likely to be 3 - 4 people year one and grow beyond that point.
Conceive, recommend and implement targeted customer communications using all viable channels (on and offline) to increase activation and retention with an overall emphasis on yield.
Review customer communications to maximise results and player lifetime value
Ensure all customer communications are up to date and promote relevant offers to specific customer groups
Work with multilingual target group and multilingual communications
Work closely with data analytical team to ensure all customer activity is segmented and tailored
Analysis and report on the results of all customer activity and improve results systematically
Handle, monitor and optimise our outsourced customer service
Monitor the cost effectiveness of activities to maximise lifetime player value and return on investment
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Good knowledge of using CRM systems without being too technical.
Good knowledge of communication and especially dialogue marketing without being a specialist
Good knowledge of data analytics and being able to transform data / statistics into business results
Good knowledge of all promotional tools available from network providers.
Team leader and management experience
Graduate calibre ideally with a marketing or business qualification or a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a relationship marketing or CRM role
