Our client is searching for a Head of VIP for Poker and Casino. If you feel you know the VIP players inside out and are you passionate about online gaming then this is the role for you. In this role you will be a highly visible member of the management team and as a result will be responsible for impacting on the development of the business.
As Head of VIP you will drive the retention of VIP players, and increase their play time across all of the gaming sites, as well as driving the rewards points system to maximise the ability to create client offerings.
This is a strategically important role within the business, and so someone with a proven expertise in the industry and a passion for the games and the players is who they need.
You will be leading an international team targeted with increasing the level of VIP play, as well as assuring that retention of players and the player life cycle is maximized on the websites. Data analysis of player trends to create retention strategies through cross and up selling opportunities and networking within the casino and poker community to maximise the benefits of player events is required. In addition to creating an activity lead environment amongst VIP hosts to ensure that high end players are given a proactive service.
You will have excellent knowledge of poker and casino and an active network within the European Casino arena with strong commercial and analytical skills and demonstrable experience working with VIP players. You will be a natural, sales lead, net worker with a love of the Gaming industry and the ability to adapt to a fast moving marketplace.
Salary dependant on experience.
