 Technical Support Specialist - Malaga
Description We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing Network Systems team. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the smooth functioning of all desktop workstations

What You’ll Be Doing…

Be responsible for hardware and software support of all workstations in the Malaga Spain office.
Monitor, prioritize, and resolve all workstation-related trouble tickets in as expeditious a manner as possible.
Provide a high level of support to our internal customers.
Keep abreast of current trends in computer hardware and act as a resource in workstation purchasing decisions.
Execute asset management procedures as they relate to workstations and workstation software.
When required provide basic assistance on servers, including initial server setup, operating system install, etc.
Provide regular feedback to the Technical Lead informing them of current needs in terms of software and hardware for users.
Be an agent for ensuring compliance with workstation-related policies and procedures.
Ensure that proper patches are installed on all workstations and that anti-virus definitions are up to date and functioning correctly.
Doing basic network work as relates to desktop support, including patching new workstations onto the network and troubleshooting desktop network issues.

The Ideal Candidate…
2-5 years of experience in workstation hardware and software.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Personable, professional demeanor.
Ability to prioritize tasks in an effective manner.
