This award winning property developer are in urgent need of an experienced PA who can also undertake administration duties. Primarily you will assist the Managing Director in the co-ordination of his appointments, chase up clients and suppliers, attend meetings, prepare reports, an extremely diverse range of duties as you can see. As such our client wants an "all rounder" , someone who has an extremely helpful nature and who is friendly and highly professional.
You must be able to speak and write English and Spanish perfectly (a written test may be required) and looking for a long term career.
You should have worked for a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and possess an NIE number and Social Security card.
