We're delighted to commence a recruitment drive for this relatively young, very ambitious company based very close to central Marbella.
Many of you will be aware that there has been a shift towards worldwide property investment in the past couple of years, and that some companies are doing extremely well, others not so. Having dealt with this particular client previously we believe that the level of professionalism and service levels that are already in place, and the extremely successful lead generation will very likely make this a lucrative proposition for experienced sales or telesales people who are eloquent and articulate enough to deal purely with investor clients.
Typically our client has recruited candidates over 28 years of age, though this should only be used as a guideline. You should have a good sales track record and be able to provide good work references.
One thing to point out is that this is a commission based role, our client is confident that given the level of activity, and the potential within their market place, that a first year ote of €100,000 is very achievable.
Obviously commission roles do not suit all candidates, therefore we would ask you to be completely comfortable with this type of position prior to applying for the role.
