| Head of Bingo - Gibraltar |
Our client is searching for a Head of Bingo to perform the following:
• Allocating and managing the bingo player marketing budgets in conjunction with the director
• Managing day to day operations associated with the brand, including monitoring and analysing KPIs
• Creating best-practice approaches for relationship marketing for roll-out to all marketing teams
• Working closely with brands marketing, loyalty scheme, product marketing teams etc. to deliver research needs and maximise player acquisition
• Managing third party vendors and agencies, including all commercial and delivery aspects
• Educating local country managers on bingo product and bingo marketing
• Creating marketing plans and promotional events that increase the visibility of the bingo brand
• Work with our brand partners to maximise the value of their brands in the bingo market
• Contributing to the website and new product ideas using business intelligence developed in conjunction with the Player Marketing Analysis team
• Monitoring competitors, message boards and key developments in the industry
Your skills and qualifications as Head of Bingo will ideally include:
• A solid understanding of the gaming industry and Bingo, both on and offline
• Creative, with a track record of delivering effective and innovative marketing ideas
• A demonstrable ability to build effective working relationships and influence at all levels within an organisation
• Proven experience of marketing automation software, with additional experience with alternative relationship marketing tools an advantage
• Educated to degree level
