Our client is searching for a Secretary/PA whose duties include:
• Typing of accounts in Microsoft Word
• Typing faxes and letters
• Assisting with the department billing at month end
• Booking and arranging meetings
• General filing
• Administration support for the department
• Scanning and .pdf-ing files
• Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages
The successful candidate will possess:
• Excellent telephone manner
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good Interpersonal skills
Core Competencies:
• Numerate
• Computer Literate
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Excel and Word
• Articulate
Salary is £14k - £17k
