| Account Manager – Spain |
Our client, a leading provider of Internet gambling products is looking to recruit an Account Manager for Spain and the Spanish speaking regions. You will have direct responsibility for liaising with partners to promote gaming products. As an integral part of the sales and marketing team reporting to the Senior Account manager International you will focus on helping the partners understand how to promote and market their gaming product into their user base to maximize revenues for the both parties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with business development director to close potential partnership deals for white label gaming products including bespoke online casino, poker rooms and bingo.
• Devise marketing strategy for each partner individually based on products and target audience
• Work with partner on branding and design requirements
• Work with design and technology to build products to clients specifications
• Work with partner’s tech team to get products live
• Plan launch strategy with partner
• Plan ongoing marketing and promotion strategy
• Hold regular meeting with partners to report on results and plan upcoming promotions and marketing
• Supply partners with banners, editorial content, html templates and any other creative they may need to promote the products into their user base
• Work with CRM manager and design team to ensure regular promotion and marketing into acquired user base.
• Report internally on success of each partner and supply partner with monthly reports.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
A minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or account management experience within the online/new media environment preferably for consumer focused online sites.
Spanish speaker ideally native.
Experience within the online gaming sector is preferred but not essential.
Track record of successful development of client relationships with improved financial performance
Self motivated and target driven.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys a client facing role.
Strong presentation skills with a decisive manner and the ability to instill confidence in both customers and colleagues
Tenacity and target orientated to ensure that all work is completed to schedule maintaining focus when under pressure.
The ability to think both analytically and creatively and always seek to identify solutions rather than problems
An enthusiastic team player
BACKGROUND/PERSONALITY:
A proactive, self starter
Proactively manage and prioritize own activities accordingly to changing priorities
Highly attentive to detail, natural finisher, completes multiple projects to highest level of quality
A multi-tasker able to juggle several complex tasks concurrently.
Ability to deal with customers from junior to MD level.
Salary is £26-30k plus performance related bonus
