| Administration Assistant - Gibraltar |
Our client is searching for an Administration Assistant to help the Client Relationship Managers and to provide administrative support in the delivery of accurate and timely service to a small number of complex, demanding clients. You will be educated to A level, with passes at GCSE in English and Mathematics and familiar with the Microsoft office productivity software.
You will have great attention to detail with the ability work accurately to tight deadlines and confident telephone skills. You will be required to work on the preparation of invoices, the use of online banking system to check incoming funds and preparing payment requests. Reviewing and organising trust and company files and ensuring all transactions are fully documented and that all relevant files are up to date. Updating accounting records and communication with clients, tax advisers, bank etc.
Salary £18-£23k depending on experience
