Job Requirements Title Trust Manager - Gibraltar Role Trust Manager - Gibraltar Category Finance jobs in Spain Location Gibraltar Company RecruitSpain ,  Vacancies [ - - ] (Posted on Wed 14 November 2007 03:07 pm) Experience No preference Educational Qualification No preference Skills Computer Literate Salary - - Career Level Mid Career (2+ years of experience) Job Type Permanent Job Status Full Time    Trust Manager - Gibraltar Our client is searching for a Trust Manager to work on the following • Liaison with high net worth clients and their advisers using appropriate communications media. • The administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies for high net worth individuals and their families, including the preparation of correspondence, deeds, contracts, and related documentation. • Monitoring the performance of assets within client portfolio. • Initiate payments and transfers of assets in line with agreed and documented decisions. • Cross sell services within existing portfolio. • Develop new business enquiries. • Supervision of a team of administrators in the management of client entities. • Complete performance reviews in respect of supervisees. Offer timely and appropriate feedback, and agree personal development plans. • Act as knowledgeable point of reference on technical matters. • Contribute to the general management of the division. Attributes and Skills • Member of STEP or holder of ICSA professional Qualification • Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience • Able to network effectively with High Net Worth individuals and their advisers. • Ability to set targets for self and others and monitor and give appropriate feedback. • Ability to use Main Office Productivity software. Experience with tables based Trust and Company client administration systems would also be an advantage.
