Our client is searching for a Marketing / Customer Services Product Manager to provide assistance to the business, in the determination of requirements and the preparation of (various) project initiation documents for potential projects.
Key Responsibilities / Activities
• Conceptualization & Specification of business requirements and functional specification of enterprise CRM, CSI, Marketing affiliate and retention systems which will be used by multiple gaming brands.
• Interaction of technical specifications with development and supervising the development process to ensure delivered product meets requirements.
Experience / Qualifications Requirements
• Customer Relationship management systems.
• Customer service interface systems
• On line Marketing (Affiliate) systems specialist
• D.B system experience preferable
• Gaming experience desirable.
Skills / Competencies
• High quality writing abilities
• Strong Analytical skills.
• Technically strong with Gaming related systems experience.
