Our client is looking for experienced telemarketers to speak to their clients with the aim of building rapport and advising on new properties opportunities within their property portfolio. You must be eloquent, professional and a confident person. Essentially it is a telesales role as most of your clients will not expect to meet up with you, in many cases you will make arrangements for your client to visit the area and meet a field sales person.
You would ideally have real estate experience, although the client will consider people who have very good knowledge of the area and a strong understanding of the real estate sales process. You will be able to deal at a high level, and above all, sound and act professionally. You will be articulate a good communicator both verbally and written. you will need a flexible approach is needed to hours although you will typically work 5 days a week on a rota basis (some Saturdays).
Salary of €20,000 pcm basic and a very good commission structure.
