Job Description:
A unique opportunity to join an established Investment real estate company and drive their business forward in forging relationships with developers in an exceptionally fast developing market.
You will research the ¨emerging¨ property markets of Bulgaria, Rumania, Poland, , Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, Moldavia, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and give country specific overviews. The goal is to find out why or why not to sell and promote a real estate product in a certain region or area.
Tasks:
• Administer relationships with appointed lawyers performing due diligence on developers and construction projects. Follow up information needed from the developers, marketing materials, pricelists, contracts
• Perform detailed current affairs, political and economic desk research
• Perform detailed research analysis of countries property markets conditions e.g. price per M2 comparisons, property price trends, mortgage market conditions, legal purchasing process, existing tax regime (corporate and individual), commissions
• Desk research for potential new projects and collaborators
• Sourcing law firms who can perform due diligences and who can assist our clients in the buying process
• Negotiate terms and conditions with possible new partner developers
• Liaise with marketing for the right information provide for our website
• Give product training to the sales team
• Give training to the CS department about buying procedures, taxes and collaborating partners
• Sourcing new partners for finance, furniture packages, property management and rentals
• Report on a daily basis to the head quarters regarding set targets
Requirements;
• Enthusiastic and outgoing
• Self motivated
• Sales experience or been working in a sales environment
• Real estate experience
• Good knowledge of Eastern European real estate market.
• Eye for detail and experienced in checking contracts
• Experience in desk research
• Experience in field research
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Prepared to travel a lot
• Languages; English and Russian as a minimum.
Salary;
The salary and benefits package will reflect the experience that you are able to bring to this role, it is expected to be well in excess of €100,000 pa
