Our client is searching for a Poker CS Agent who speaks fluent Italian to ensuring the Poker customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for Customer Service Response, tournament Table Messaging, Message of the Day, Poker security monitoring and chat monitoring.
You will have worked in a similar role previously or have recent experience in an office based customer service role with a keen interest in Poker.
Salary is £18k - £24k depending on experience.
