A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an astute individual to work in an exciting and fast paced environment as a Risk Management Executive at PartyGaming, the world’s leading online gaming company. As part of the company’s Risk Management & Credit Team you will be responsible for catching and preventing fraud on our gaming websites.

As Risk Management Executive your main responsibilities will involve:
• Liaising with players on account related issues, resolving problems and ensuring high levels of customer care
• Analysing customer deposits and account categories, to prevent fraud, correct errors and resolve problems
• Analysing records of Affiliate accounts in order to monitor any irregularities
• Suggesting improvements to procedures and systems, in the interests of fraud prevention and customer care
• Investigating financial irregularities on accounts
• Working with colleagues in other departments to resolve account-related issues and prevent fraud
• Assisting to maintain quality control and customer care through analysis of player contact
• Investigating risk issues relating to third party processors
Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• English and either German or Russian language skills to a business standard essential with French language skills an advantage
• A proven track record working in an office environment
• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office applications and the internet
• Proven experience of interaction with customers or the general public
• A background of working in a risk management / fraud capacity
• Experience of working in online gaming
