Our client is looking for sales executives in marbella to speak mainly investor clients, sometimes to lifestyle ones, with the aim of building rapport and advising on new investment opportunities overseas, in many cases clients will buy 2 or 3 properties, so you must be eloquent, professional and an excellent all round business person. Essentially it is a telesales role as most of your clients will not expect to meet up with you, in many cases you will make arrangements for your client to visit the country in question to view, in some cases you will also attend , maybe once a month.
You must have telesales experience, have dealt at a high level and above all sound and act professionally. You will be articulate a good communicator both verbally and written as a lot of e mailing is needed to grammar needs to be perfect. The hours are a 40 hour week, 10.30-6.30pm and 12.30-8.30pm in shifts, occasional Saturdays.
Basic starting salary is €1000 gross, full contract & social security, plus very attractive commissions.
