| HR Director - Barcelona or Malaga |
Reporting to the Managing Director with dotted line to Chairman, your responsibilities will be to:
Manage the recruitment process.
Manage the performance evaluation process.
Manage the staff training programme.
Working closely with the MD, Chairman and Marketing department, devise and implement internal communications.
Manage all HR related legal compliance activities.
Manage suppliers of external services.
Set and enforce HR procedures and policies.
Manage the HR department and personnel administration.
Define and obtain approval and implement HR strategy.
Based on Gextech values, create a corporate culture and promote it within Gextech.
Manage staff motivation initiatives and activities.
Minimum requirements:
A minimum total of 10 years experience working in an HR department within a start-up environment as well as within established companies.
3 of the 10 years experience in the role of HR Director.
5 of the 10 years experience working within a multi-national organisation.
Possession of a university degree.
Fluent English speaker.
Knowledge of Spanish employers legal obligations.
Ideal candidates will
