 HR Director - Barcelona or Malaga
Reporting to the Managing Director with dotted line to Chairman, your responsibilities will be to:

• Manage the recruitment process.
• Manage the performance evaluation process.
• Manage the staff training programme.
• Working closely with the MD, Chairman and Marketing department, devise and implement internal communications.
• Manage all HR related legal compliance activities.
• Manage suppliers of external services.
• Set and enforce HR procedures and policies.
• Manage the HR department and personnel administration.
• Define and obtain approval and implement HR strategy.
• Based on Gextech values, create a corporate culture and promote it within Gextech.
• Manage staff motivation initiatives and activities.

Minimum requirements:
• A minimum total of 10 years experience working in an HR department within a start-up environment as well as within established companies.
• 3 of the 10 years experience in the role of HR Director.
• 5 of the 10 years experience working within a multi-national organisation.
• Possession of a university degree.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Knowledge of Spanish employers’ legal obligations.
