Based in Marbella, Spain, MacAnthony Realty International are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our successful Exhibition and Telemarketing Team to promote the Company’s range of exciting locations and portfolio of properties. This is not a job for the faint-hearted! You will work in a fast paced, demanding environment meeting with prospective clients. You will be based in our fantastic call centre Marbella but will have the opportunity to travel throughout Europe to property exhibitions.
The ideal candidate will be young, ambitious and money motivated with a sense of adventure. You should possess great energy and drive as well as the desire to exceed targets. As you will be the face of the Company you should have the ability to build rapport and communicate with a diverse range of people. This role is all about attitude, and is ideal if you thrive in an environment where your effort is directly related to your earning potential and success.
We offer a basic salary of €1200 per month with commissions of €3000+ per month and overall expected earnings €70k to 150k a year - uncapped. There is a two week structured, intensive training programme and the opportunity to live and work in fabulous Marbella. The Company has a work hard, play hard, fun environment, the potential for rapid career progression and a booming market.
Candidates must have an EU passport.
