 Marketing Manager (Casino and Games)
RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is an established egaming company who has a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Casino & Games). As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the achievement of the Casino & Games vertical?s net contribution budget (Gross gaming revenue-bonus spend- marketing spend) ? you will be accountable for the overall marketing spend budget (acquisition, retention and reactivation).

You are expected to formulate the casino marketing strategy (acquisition, retention and reactivation) and see through its implementation. It is expected of you to ensure optimized ROI on marketing investment, optimal spend in line with marketing/brand strategy and the vertical?s commercial objective and to determine the level of investment by brand, channel and market.

? Formulating and overseeing delivery of annual casino and games marketing strategy and its tactical plans. Ownership and management of marketing spend budget
? Optimizing spend through ongoing control and optimization of ROI
Promotional planning: develop, plan and implement promotions and automated retention campaigns aimed at reduction of churn and increase of yield.
? Ensure that promotions are consistent, attractive, cost effective, relevant and aligned with other areas of the business, at all times, including; Headline promotions, one off campaigns, bonus campaigns, outbound calling projects.
? Analysing and optimising campaign performance including opt in rate and ROI optimization for each promotion and campaign
? Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities
? Managing and communicating the monthly promotional roadmap, ensuring consistency of communication and alignment to brand guidelines
? Analysis & tracking - Analysis and reporting of campaign results. Monitoring and reporting performance.
? Reactivation of lapsed and inactive players.
? You will monitor individual player (non VIP) activity and take action to increase revenue generation for a number of groups
? You will use various means at your exposure to increase revenues from individual customers incl. issuing bonuses, interacting with operations to resolve player centric issues, issuing campaigns, requesting outbound calling campaigns, etc. You will be tasked with identifying the customers that need to looked at and the appropriate action
? Inputting into the product roadmap on development of USPs, features, functionality or game content which will enhance marketing efforts

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
? An inspirational leader, one who is results-oriented and customer focused and possess strong commercial awareness, online marketing experience and analytical skills
? Proven track record of managing online and offline marketing activities across channels and markets
? Budget management skills
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
? Ability to formulate and present a business case and business plan to a diverse audience
? Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
? Experience of working in a global environment across locations, teams and functions in a complex regulatory environment
? Knowledge of online gaming products, particularly casino and games

Salary 45k depending on experience with excellent bonus package
