 Insurance Claims Handler (English and Spanish)
RecruitGibraltar are currently helping our client who is a market leading insurance company have a great opportunity for a Insurance Claims Handler who can speak both English & Spanish. You will be required to validate and negotiate new and existing claims, ensure high level of customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Insurance Claims Handler Duties:

- Ensure claims files are set up and maintained accurately and efficiently in accordance with company and claims policies and procedures from inception to closure.
- Contact claimants or relevant parties to obtain required information to assist decision making and ensure claims are handled accurately and fairly in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Develop the skills, knowledge and competencies to enhance individual, departmental and organizational performance.

Necessary Skills, Experience and Qualifications

- Experience in handling insurance claims required (preferably motor insurance claims but any is beneficial).
- Basic ICT skills required (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Customer service skills required (interviewing clients over the phone)
- Admin experience required
- Spanish speaking and writing required.

Salary is circa 17k - 18k and private Medical Insurance cover.
