Our client who have a leading sportsbook product are looking for an experienced Account Manager to be responsible for managing a Spanish Sportsbook site including overseeing all dynamic and static contents on the site. The successful candidate will be located at the corporate customer offices in Madrid and also be responsible for working with several teams to ensure the Sportsbook offering is meeting core business targets and raising brand awareness within the Spanish market.
The key duties of the post are as follows :
? Liaise with other departments within the company such as Trading Management, Business Intelligence, IT, Communication and Promotions to govern the online betting life cycle successfully;
? Ensure the highest levels of editorial quality on the Spanish Sportsbook;
? Manage the release of sporting events and to ensure fast and accurate display of events on the Spanish Sportsbook;
? Cross promote relevant Betting Gaming products to Spanish Sportsbook customers;
? Provide relevant KPIs to update senior management on site performance;
? Work with the customer acquisition team to maximise conversion;
? Fast and accurate release of markets in compliance with Spanish regulations;
? Focus on social marketing, included use of pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, email campaigns, etc.
? Manage web analytics for identifying opportunities to increase website efficiencies;
? Source, collate, present and analyse data relating to competitor activity;
You will be:
? Have experience in a similar role and be interested in football and sports in general and have extensive betting knowledge.
? Native Spanish speaker or fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal skills;
? Ability to supervise operations locally on behalf of the company and quickly identifying critical issues;
? Relevant experience for another online betting/sports focused company is highly desirable;
? Previous experience of using CMS tools;
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong personal relationships with key stakeholders and staff;
? Excellent analytical skills, able to assimilate data and understand trends;
? Numerate and confident with technology, especially Microsoft Office tools and ideally HTML;
