Our client who are a leading online sportsbook are looking for a Sportsbook Executive for their Mobile department. The role of the Mobile Executive will be to provide key operational support for all mobile products and so the successful candidate will be expected to have a thorough understanding of sports betting, gaming and the current mobile landscape.
Reporting to the Head of Mobile Sportsbook, the role will focus on the day to day running of the mobile offering, liaising with CRM, BI, Customer Service and Marketing to ensure a joined up approach to the customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about and looking to be instrumental in shaping the future of mobile.
Build and establish processes to ensure that CS can quickly and effectively deal with queries.
Monitor and maintain mobile Sportsbook.
Work with the Business Intelligence Department to produce reports across KPI?s.
Be instrumental in setting up exciting new promotions and continue this moving forward to ensure the on-going promotions are innovative and engaging.
Create and build reports on the success of campaigns across key metrics in order to shape future campaign activity.
Work with Customer Service to ensure all agents are fully briefed and up to speed on new and existing mobile products.
Work with the publishing team to identify and prioritise key events and markets.
Essential skills/attributes
Experience in a similar role within a mobile department or within a role with a strong mobile emphasis
Excellent knowledge of sports betting and gaming
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excel, Word & PowerPoint knowledge essential
Ability to anticipate problems and identify long-term implications of decisions and actions
Actively identify key learning points from daily activities and increase effectiveness
Salary based on experience
