 Call Centre Supervisor

Our client is searching for a Call Centre Supervisor to assist the Call Centre Manager in the daily running of the Call Centre.

Responsibilities:

? Monitoring calls to improve quality and track performance of the team against targets given
? Identifying training needs, planning training sessions and producing training manuals in cooperation with the product officers.
? Collate, analyse and present Call Centre statistics and performance levels on a monthly basis
? Schedule the Customer Service team?s shift patterns according to the demands of the business and provide to the employees in a timely manner
? Coordinate staff holidays and leave
? Liaising with HR and Payroll for HR related queries and salary processing
? Assisting the Call Centre Manager in the recruitment phase and periodic performance reviews
? Assist Team Leaders and Customer Service Representatives with the diagnosis and resolution of customer-related issues

You will have:

? Experience in a similar role ideally in gaming
? Is able to build and maintain good working relationships
? You will be committed to improving levels of customer service
? Have good analytical approaches to problem solving
? Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
? Have excellent interpersonal skills
