Our client who is a large presence in the online gaming arena is searching for an Offline Marketing Manager to add to the marketing team. If you are an ambitious marketing expert who is looking to make a difference and see your ideas grow then this could be the role for you!
You would be responsible for development of product and marketing strategies that will drive revenue growth and brand equity in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
? Plan all advertising offline activity for the business through the Budget/Forecast process ? including press, TV, retail promotions, mobile advertising, outdoor, paper-based direct marking and other media channels as required
? Manage the media budget effectively, including the management of key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement and evaluation
? Responsible for the selection, management and evaluation of all support agencies required to deliver the media plan, including contract negotiations (with Director of Customer Acquisition), target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building
? Drive exceptional ROI brand awareness
? Responsible for delivering clear, concise and reliable reporting on media effectiveness to all stakeholders
? Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent with the Brand guidelines issued from time to time via the Brand Steering Group or other appropriate forum
Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour:
? Experience of managing non-digital advertising, agency or client-side - including TV, press, direct mail, outdoor, mobile and retail (broad appreciation of all channels needed but specialist skills in 2-3 specific channels preferred)
? Experience in directly managing and working with media, marketing and creative agencies
? Strong organizational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
? Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and third party service providers
? Strong customer ethos and the ability to channel insight into profitable deliverables
? Strong financial/analysis skills
