Our client is searching for a Player Operations Manager - Bingo to be responsible for managing operational aspects of customer management (individual players? activity), including monitoring and managing high impact customers, identifying and addressing emerging play patterns related to bonus abuse and risk, designing customer centric process to improve casino net revenue and managing withdrawals.
You are expected to proactively work with different parts of the operation. In particular with the Bingo Marketing team, VIP team and the Customer Management operation to ensure individual customers are managed in the best interest of the casino and games product vertical to reach the budgeted Net Revenue targets.
Responsibilities
? Monitor individual player activity and take action to increase revenue generation
? Increase revenues from individual customers by e.g. issuing bonuses, interacting with operations to resolve customer issues, initiating campaigns, requesting outbound activities
? Operate back-office tools for this purpose and will interact with a number of teams to roll out your proposed campaigns
? Monitor player patterns based on their account details, transaction and gaming patterns to manage risk and to propose ways on how to improve casino revenues
You will have
? Previous experience in a similar role in online Bingo
? Commercial oriented with strong analytical and operational skills
? Online marketing / CRM experience
? Strong analytical skills
? Online, casino related gaming experience is desirable
? Understand how to formulate effective player management procedures and plans
? Good organizational and prioritization skills.
