Our client is searching for a Head of CRM to plan, deliver and evaluate all CRM activity for the online business.
Accountabilities
? Accountable for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy for the business
? Working with Director of Customer Retention, plan all CRM activity for the business through the Budget/Forecast process ? including database management, data segmentation, e-mail, direct mail, SMS marketing, site/mobile messaging, LTV model development, loyalty programme(s) and other activity streams as required
? Work closely with the VIP Manager(s) to agree and implement an effective prospecting/tiering segmentation that ensures that VIP and non-VIP activity work seamlessly
? Manage the CRM budget effectively, including the management of key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement and evaluation
? Responsible for the selection, management and evaluation of all support agencies required to deliver the CRM plan, including contract negotiations, target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building
? Responsible for ensuring that all CRM activity is sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to monitor ROI and for delivering clear, concise and reliable reporting
? Accurately record all purchase orders/bookings, media costs, bonus and promotional costs and other expenditure and report on a weekly and periodic basis
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
? 3-5 years? experience of managing CRM activity, agency or client-side
? Very strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentational)
? Extensive experience of all direct response marketing channels including DM, eCRM, mobile, SMS, site promotions etc.
? Extensive experience of customer data strategy development and management; strong appreciation of database marketing and the ability to specify data schemas and technology/tool requirements to deliver the CRM plan
? Experience in developing and executing plans with strong creative executions
? Experience in directly managing and working with media, marketing and creative agencies
