Our client is looking for Bingo Manage, to maximise revenue and deliver a high quality bingo proposition leading to a market leading customer experience
Accountabilities:
? Accountable for managing that costs are kept to the agreed budgets and that the right judgements are made in respect of all expenditure
? Manage the 3rd party chat moderator costs in relation to the business needs
? The daily operational management of all bingo products and services, ensuring maximum benefit is achieved through strategic expenditure, and tight cost controls
? Accountable for daily management of the Bingo product margin
? Reporting and tracking of all promotional activity taking place across all channels, outlining all expenditure.
? Daily/weekly/periodic reporting of expenditure for both proposed and actual promotional activity taken place and evaluation of ROI
? Liaise and coordinate with the AGCC for new product and functionality approvals
? Responsible for tracking and reporting of any business threats that may impact on the P&L including competitor, market and legislative developments

Knowledge Skills & Experience:
? 2-3 years of online bingo and operational management experience
? Experience of effectively managing and developing people
? Strong operational management skills providing capability to react to change in a speedy and positive manner
? Held role as operations manager within a successful Internet business for at least 2 years (or equivalent)
