Our client is searching for a Customer Service Agent (Sportsbook) to for one of the largest online sportsbooks in the world with excellent prospects and working conditions. You will have worked in an online Sportsbook previously and be happy to cross sell other products in addition to providing a high level of customer service.
Shifts are Monday to Saturday from 1pm to 10pm, 5 days on and 2 days off ? so no Sundays!
Skills & knowledge
? Experience in an online Sportsbook role in customer service
? Sales attributes (motivation, energy, spontaneity, drive) etc
? A keen interest and knowledge in sport
? You will be outgoing, goal orientated, success minded individuals and to this end, there are monthly rewards for excellence to go along with a competitive remuneration package.
Salary 17k plus commission 22k OTE
