Our client is searching for a Creative Manager to be responsible for building a team of creative executives, managing all the creative/content team for the online business and plan, deliver and evaluate all creative/content activity across the online channels.
Responsibilities
? Accountable for the effective planning and delivery of all creative/content activity on all channels across the business
? Working with Head of Web Operations to plan all creative/content activity for the business through the Budget/Forecast process ? demonstrating clear understanding of target and cost budget setting, quality and productivity KPIs, test cycles, technology improvements and other opportunities
? Manage the creative/content budget and team effectively; recommend and source new team members where required
? Evaluate, select and manage creative support agencies to ensure the delivery of high quality creative/content including contract negotiations, target setting, KPI setting and evaluation, reporting and relationship building
? Responsible for ensuring that all creative/content is sufficiently monitored, tracked and evaluated in order to optimise ROI; own, develop and promote the use of A/B and multi-variant testing across all areas of the website/other channels
? Utilise all available tools within the IMS system to optimise creative/content effectiveness; utilise the Portal to deliver customised user experience journeys, tests and optimisation initiatives across all areas of the website/channel
? Accurately record all purchase orders/bookings, production costs and other expenditure and report on a weekly and periodic basis
? Responsible for delivering clear reporting on all creative/content activity to key stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge
? Minimum 5 years creative design and management experience, agency or client-side
? Exceptional software skills including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator and Flash; strong knowledge of web languages including HTML/CSS; ability to learn/adapt skills to changing technology landscape
? Strong user experience skills (typography, use of colour, user experience journey development, A/B and multi-variant testing, usability research etc.)
? Experience of managing and developing a successful, high-performing team
? Very strong communications skills (written, verbal and presentational)
? Experience in developing and executing creative campaigns across multiple media and channels; exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage to tight KPIs
? Experience in directly managing and working with media, marketing and creative agencies
? Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at once
? Strong project management skills
