Our client is searching for a Finance Assistant who will assist in the day-to-day procedures of the Finance Function, as well as preparing the Month End Management reports, and providing cover for other team members? holidays.
Job Outline
? Raising Purchase orders
? Inputting Purchase and Sales invoices
? Setting up supplier payments in the on-line banking system
? Dealing with queries on supplier invoices and obtaining credit notes
? Daily download of reports from third parties and distribution
? Assisting with responding to queries by telephone and email
? Reconciliation of balances on ledgers
? Assisting with preparation of month-end reporting for Management
Experience Required
? Some previous experience of reconciliations and working in a Finance function essential
? Ideally the candidate will already be working towards their AAT qualification
? Relevant experience in the provision of administrative support to management
? Previous experience of Oracle Financials, or similar accounting software desirable
Salary circa 22k
