Our client is searching for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for growing the sales of this leading financial services company in the European markets.
Based on a thorough understanding of the target customer behaviors and the competitive environment, the Marketing Manager will develop plans to differentiate the products in the European marketplace and will execute those plans to drive new account acquisition. This will include sizing the opportunity in each market, financial projections, planning and managing the program implementation and conducting a back-end analysis to determine performance and learning/next steps.
The Marketing manager will be responsible for tailoring the pricing and messaging to meet the market needs. In addition, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the user experience in the European markets, including the sales process and customer support. You will also be very involved with internal and external creative resources in the development and execution of customer communication material delivered via online and offline media and collateral. You will select and managing the necessary third party relationships (such as advertising and media companies) to assist in implementation.
Experience/knowledge
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C service industry; B2B experience a plus.
? Experience with online and offline media (web development, email marketing, direct response media)
? Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with internal and external clients
? Experience in launching new products
? Ability to collaborate with multiple functional areas to achieve a common goal
? Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
? A willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle any problem.

? Strong organizational and project management skills
? Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
