Our client is searching for a Casino CRM and Marketing Manager to develop and lead a department which promotes the Casino brands via cross sell activities between current and future brands, leveraging on current internal data bases and bringing in new initiatives with external partners.
Key responsibilities:
? Developing and managing cross sell activities and projects from initiation to completion across the Casino brands;
? Developing and implementing a strategy to promote the other brands using internal and external tools/routes;
? Creating methodologies to leverage current data bases to promote brands and bring in new revenue streams;
? Build methodologies based on segmentation of a players lifecycle and between brands;
? Developing and implementing new initiatives to convert fun players;
? Define reports to measure success trends and adjust method according to results
? Building relationships with external providers, e.g. payment solutions to find, initiate and close new deals;
? Setting up new campaigns and monitoring effectiveness to develop further;
You will have
? Strong knowledge of Casino products, email deliverability, Casino bonus and offline campaigns and retention telesales activities
? A minimum of 3 years experience of working in a sales and marketing role;
? Previous experience of working in an online gaming environment with a sound understanding of cross sell and retention activities;
? Proven leadership and management abilities
? Results and target driven;
? Highly creative with a visionary approach;
? Strong analytical and reporting skills;
? Ability to initiate and drive new ideas using own initiative
