Our client has exclusively selected us to help find them a number of customer service executives to speak to prospective users of this financial services orientated service. The company already has a very successful base in the UK and the office in Gibraltar is by way of expansion. You will be required to call, pre contacted clients who have requested information on the service provided. You will call and qualify their requirements and thus send the relevant information to them for follow up at a later stage. You will be given guidance as to which clients the company are in a position to work with, and how, as full training is provided.
You will have a customer orientated approach to working on the phone and be able to listen to requirements and translate that into relevant actions. You will ideally have worked in a phone based customer service role previously and be confident working on the phone. You will have the credibility to ensure that clients are happy with the service being provided and that their case will be dealt with professionally.
Working hours are 11.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday in what is a relaxed and comfortable office environment.
You will live locally.
Salary is 15k – 18k depending on experience
