Senior IT Systems Engineer
The successful candidate will possess a high degree of initiative as you will be expected to plan, monitor and evaluate performance of server systems whilst making suggestions for upgrades and improvements. You will also be required to assist with the day to day support of the companies global offices.
Applicant must have 4 years experience in a similar role and would preferably be MSCE certified. A good knowledge of Citrix and Cisco is also highly desirable, as is a sound working knowledge of LAN/WAN topologies and architecture.
Technical skills required
Windows Active Directory 2003
Windows Exchange server 2003
Citrix PS4 & Xenapp
Cisco LAN/Wan
Firewalls (Juniper)
Microsoft SQL Server
Instant Messaging
Symantec Backup
Applicant will need to be a very strong team player and have excellent communication skills. Team leadership experience would be a distinct advantage.
