| Customer Service Manager (Spanish / English) |
Our client is searching for a bilingual Spanish / English Customer Service Manager to be based in Madrid and be part of this very successful land based casino company’s expansion plans into the online arena. The successful candidate will be required to set up the department, including procedures, systems and staffing etc. With a visible leadership style and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business, you will motivate others to succeed.
Your responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the creation of the Customer Service department including set up of procedures and processes, templates, rotas etc.
• You will ensure the general coordination of CS activities
• You will constantly review CS processes and procedures and review and update CS templates (automated responses)
• You will assist with the performance review process for the CS team members with the appropriate team leader and provide one to one coaching sessions where needed
• You will update the knowledge base whenever necessary
Professional Profile
• You will possess experience in setting up customer service departments in a call centre environment
• You will have experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer service department
• You have an excellent command of both the Spanish and English language, both written and spoken.
• You will have a proven ability to positively impact performance of employees through performance management and coaching
• You will be a highly motivated individual coupled with excellent organization skills
• You will be willing to work weekends where required
Salary is circa £35,000 dependant on level and relevance of experience
