Our client is searching for a Managing Director of a new and very well funded property company. The client have a group of companies which span from property development and investment companies to consumer products and consumer data ownership and data marketing. They are importing a successful business model from the US which should facilitate the sale of substantial numbers of residential bank-owned or controlled property stock on the Costa del Sol that has arisen due to the credit crunch.
Based in the Marbella area, the successful candidate will be very experienced in Spanish property sales, including all legal and financial aspects and have a proven successful track record in running a business. You will have previously shown that you are someone who has proven they can build a company from nothing and overcome all the inherent problems which that would have entailed. Whilst experience is valuable, we value proven success even more.
You will also have experience and a feel for property, ideally including marketing techniques, including data marketing, customer relationship management. This is a new opportunity so the successful person will need to be able to build the business from the ground up, in a sensible and cautious manner whilst at the same time maximizing potential. The ability to see the big picture whilst simultaneously “doing detail†is required.
