Secretary / Office Manager – Bilingual
Our client is searching for a Secretary / Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office and the courteous dealing with clients. The clients represent the core of the business and such their travel requirements are of the utmost importance and you will be required to organise their arrangements. This will mean organising anything from flights, hotels, pick ups, restaurants etc. You will also be responsible for supporting the senior staff with general secretarial duties and ensuring the office has everything it needs to function (stationary etc).
You will be highly organised with basic secretarial experience, presentable and fluent in English and Spanish. You will live locally.
Salary is circa 18k based on experience.
