Our client is searching for a Bingo / Casino VIP Manager to work on this market leading product. The VIP Manager will be a key member of the player experience group and will help influence the direction and voice of VIP marketing and retention. The company is experiencing dramatic growth and needs to find a VIP Manager that can flourish in a fast moving, high growth environment. The successful candidate will benefit from a dynamic, positive and highly creative environment, and will be able to participate in the development of cutting-edge marketing and VIP management activities. Additionally, all resources will be made available to help the VIP Manager succeed in their role.
Duties:
• Responsible for all VIP activities across all brands.
• Deliver incremental growth to net revenue from VIP players.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver market-leading VIP communications, promotions and retention activities.
• Develop and manage on- and off-line VIP events.
• Work closely with Customer Services to ensure the best possible VIP player experience. Assist in resolving issues involving VIPs.
• Become brand evangelist to key VIP accounts.
• Report weekly and monthly to the Executive Management team.
• Input on strategy and product development projects.
Skills/experience:
• At least 1 year in a relevant VIP/Customer Service role.
• Ability to work to with a wide variety of different VIPs.
• Able to manage multiple VIPs simultaneously.
• Have a sales-driven approach to VIP management.
• Proven ability to deliver the highest levels of VIP management service quality.
• Experience of meeting VIPs in off-line events.
• Knowledge of how to efficiently manage promotional spend for VIPs.
Salary is £29k + relocation
