Our client is searching for an HR Recruitment Manager to lead this multi site team and work on both internal recruitment issues and talent acquisition. We are looking for an experienced HR manager with a solid back ground in internal recruitment and be very confident in proactive acquisition with a constant eye on cost per hire. Ideally you will come from an online company background and be innovative and creative with pathways to quality candidates (Facebook, Twitter, Linked in etc).
You will be able to maximise key stakeholder relationships, work tactically with the client to ensure business strategy becomes operational reality. You'll be a credible operator, with sound commercial acumen, capable of influencing and negotiating across functions. You'll be comfortable with the complexities of managing a remote team and have the ability and creativity to deliver a leading class recruitment function.
Salary based on experience and full relocation package.
