Our client is looking for a qualified lawyer particularly with experience in drafting commercial contracts. You will be required to
• Field enquiries from compliance department, including invoicing/transfer queries;
• Field enquiries from Client Relationship Managers regarding POAs, agreements, contracts, trust issues and general client queries;
• Drafting, reviewing and approving contracts and commercial agreements;
• Reviewing local legislation changes and updating staff;
• Reviewing incoming articles and literature, and summarizing
• Assisting local board with regulatory, HR, health & safety and employment issues;
• Deal with applications to court in Gibraltar, instructing outside Counsel as required.
Ideally you will be locally based.
Salary is 25K to 30K
