Our client is looking for a Head of Marketing to report directly to the Board and be responsible for an international marketing team on all online and offline marketing campaigns. This very successful online company is looking for an excellent creative marketer to take them to the next level.
Your key responsibilities are as follows:
• You will lead the process design for research, contact, price negotiations, implementation, and analysis of campaigns
• Apart from creative market development in the multi-channel area, you would also focus on the efficient deployment of campaigns and maintain a regular check on the ROI
• In close cooperation with the customer service department, you will coordinate campaigns for the multi language regions, with marketing differentiation based on the target groups.
Your profile
• You will be an experienced high calibre marketing professional, with an impressive higher education
• You will possess the relevant industry experience in the marketing of online/e-commerce products, preferably in online gaming
• Your core competencies will cover the effective use of affiliate marketing, classical online advertising, viral marketing, SEM, Print, and TV.
• You display a good understanding of our business model, have high analytical, as well as very good communicative skills, in German and in English
• You are the driving force behind the department, are able to manage and motivate your team with creativity, social competence, and cooperative leadership style
