Fraud Systems Product Manager
Our client is searching for a Fraud Systems Product Manager who will be expected to work closely with internal and external customers to identify and gather business requirements for security and privacy across company’s online channels. You will lead cross functional teams to determine product features, assist the identification and selection of vendors, develop business cases, and implement Risk Monitoring Capabilities initiatives to execute the product road map and translate business requirements into product requirements
Responsibilities:
• Assist the definition and manage the delivery of security and privacy solutions, including: Fraud Engine Strategy and tuning, Enrolment and New Account opening Risk.
• Create and maintain multigenerational product plans for Risk Monitoring Capabilities.
• Develop executable product road maps and timelines that are closely aligned with the company’s ecommerce strategy.
• The usual Product Management specific deliverables (requirements gathering, competitive intelligence, roadmaps).
• Working to ensure product alignment with the overall business customer experience goals, usability and design standards, and business strategy.

Requirements:
• Experience in leading eCommerce Risk Monitoring Capabilities projects, including but not limited to vendor selection and implementation
• Familiarity with prevalent eCommerce Risk Monitoring Capabilities vendors and applications in the financial services or web portal space
• Detailed knowledge of common practices, trends, user experience standards, regulation and innovation of eCommerce Risk Monitoring Capabilities
• Experience with creating business cases and end to end initiative management is required
• Ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
