 Back Office / Middle office Manager
Back Office / Middle office Manager



Our client is searching for a Back Office / Middle office Manager who has a good understanding of a trading Back or Middle office. You will be prepared to work in high pressure environment, be numerate, literate, accurate and disciplined whilst retaining a sense of humour.



You will help in assisting in managing the hedging activities

Checking of trades to broker confirmations.

Checking of trades to Trade Management System.

Collating and checking all data / slips, where possible, for filing with trade execution sheets.

When checking complete and correct, email trade sheets to Associate Offices.

Where necessary entry of trades into the Trade Management System.

Checking of all broker monthly statements to Trade Management System

Agreeing Difference Accounts and Settlements with brokers. Where necessary arranging for payment of same.

Liaising with Head office regarding margin calls and payment of difference accounts.

Compilation of reports on trading activity.

Liaising with Group offices on all trading and related administration matters.

General administration duties.
