| Head of Credit Card Operations |
Our client is searching for a Head of Credit Card Operations to take on this senior role in a growing company in the B2B pre paid credit cards marketplace. You will be required to lead the Cardholder Support, Cardholder Compliance and Cardholder Risk Management groups within the bank and report to the Managing Director.
You must have an in depth understanding of pre paid card systems with experience in a similar role and be capable of implementing and documenting processes.
The role has the following criteria:
• manage the Cardholder Support (Call Centre) Division and will focus on drive profitability in this division
• Maintain required degree of Customer Satisfaction, by understanding required SLA and enforcing importance of SLA culture within call centre.
• Develop project plans and provide leadership and support for operational and technical staff
• Assist with planning for future technological direction of computer hardware and software in line with Corporate Systems and Strategies
• Develop and manage budgets for the Operations Group that support the company’s goals
• Be experienced in Support Scripting
• Have a good understanding of Compliance in regulated industries (preferably banking or financial services)
• Manage the existing Compliance Policies and corresponding team
• Help manage the existing company Anti-Money Laundering Policies
• Continue to develop a Risk Management program working closely with the Finance and System Administrator groups
• Grow a Risk Management Group principally responsible for control of irregular Cardholder transactions
• Implement a Risk Reporting program in alignment with the interest of the Finance group and utilizing the System Administrators group
• Communicate emerging issues, potential risks and audit results to the Board of Directors
• Advise on the implementation of risk management and control practices within the company
• Develop reports that capture the value of the Risk Management Group
• Be experienced in documentation support processes
• Have excellent interpersonal skill
• Have excellent written and oral skills
• Posses a minimum of 8 years experience in banking, financial services or related industries
• Have an Operational, Compliance, Legal or Audit background preferred
Salary 60k – 70k plus equity, bonus etc
