| Administrative Assistant |
A dynamic and fast growing corporation has immediate openings for administrative assistant positions(Part-time / work from home).
We combine expertise in consulting, sales, management and marketing, to help clients in more than 15 countries, quickly and efficiently achieve competitive advantage.
The duties of this position may include processing funds, monitoring transfers, processing reports as well as some general administrative duties as needed. The qualified candidate will serve as the liaison between the organization and its clients. Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills are required for this role.
Your primary task will be to support financial deparment activities by maintaining regular contact with representatives/distributors and customers.
You must have the ability to juggle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure as you will ensure the successful completion of all finance transactions within assigned product group by coordinating the efforts of our customers.
In addition to the above, the following may also be required of the successful candidate:
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-The use of good judgment and good interpersonal communication skills
-Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
-A self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
-Exercises confidentiality and discretion
-Writes concisely and clearly.
-Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
-Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude
-Dependable in following through with assignments
