Content Quality Assurance Executive
Our client is looking for a Content Quality Assurance Executive to join their team and support the QA Manager. You will be responsible for all content analysis and QA standard setting and maintenance for this leading website. You will be responsible for supporting the provision and upkeep of QA tools and checklists. Proofreading of English content via incoming tasks from other departments and QA checking of online content will also form part of your core duties. You check the article, forum and news quality in all core languages and work on the preparation / change of QA documents with instructions.
You will need to ideally have experience in the following:
- Working in a QA team
- Control of internal processes and different departments within a website driven environment.
And have these specific qualities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Process driven
- Well organized
- Structured and detail driven
- A good understanding of the online space
- You will ideally have a second language
Salary 18k – 24k and dependant on experience
