| Executive chef |
The company is looking for an experienced chef to start a new project in Marbella Spain. Ideally the candidate should have experience in a start up project who will be in charge of doing the hygiene plan, recruiting the kitchen staff, dealing with suppliers and managing the kitchen operation.
You must have at least 10 years experience as a chef preferably in gourmet cuisine, highly skilled, flair for innovation and creativity and a passion for cooking.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked at least 5 years in a Michelin starred restaurant as a chef or executive sous-chef.
You must be fully bilingual Spanish & English, other European languages will be an advantage.
Only CV written in English will be considered.
Applicant must be eligible to work in Spain.
